We maintain a database for the purpose of seeking out that particular item that you wish to locate if we don't have it in stock. We keep information in confidence and do not sell names & mailing list.

We can help you identify an item. Say for example, you wish to fill out a sterling silver pattern due to some pieces missing over the years and you don't know the name of the pattern; e-mail us a picture and we will try to identify it for you. Or mail us a photocopy of the flatware front and back.

Keep in mind that many pieces of flatware are monogrammed---pride of ownership. We discourage monogram removal and do not buff out monograms . Of course that is a matter of preference, so please specify whether a monogram bothers you or not.

We can locate different pieces of jewelry. We particularly like the sentimental Victorian jewelry say for example, gold heart shaped lockets, of course everyone else does too. These pieces do come in ---but are more difficult to locate, and we can place your request(s) on our "Wish List."
